Recipe: Tomato, Mozzarella and Basil Salad


This is a simple, low-calorie and always delicious salad!


All you need is:

  • 4 tomatoes, cut into large chunks
  • 200g fresh mozzarella cheese, cut into chunks
  • 2-3 tblsp olive oil (extra virgin)
  • 2 tblsp chopped fresh basil
  • salt, pepper - optional
